With expertise in real estate, entrepreneurship, technology, and hospitality, our leaders have the tools to clear a path toward success.
His experience in hospitality from Central Hotel has given him a unique insight and approach when dealing with various stakeholders in the real estate industry.
With over 5 years of work experience as Central Hotel‘s Director from 2015 to 2020.
She‘s a passionate and innovative Hotel Director with over 10 years experience in core departments in hospitality management and a successful background in the achievement of organizational growth.
He has an Advanced Diploma in Project Management (ICM-UK) is a Trainee Member of Ghana Institute of Surveyor (Quantity Surveying Division) and a Member of IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) Ghana Chapter.
Prior to joining Sam Sadeen Estates in November 2020, Alhassan was the assistant Finance Manager of Clifton Homes (2007 to 2020) and Project Accountant at Paragon Real Estates (2004 to 2007), Project Cost Accountant at Devenport Developers. Alhassan has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and facilities management industry.
He is also a building contractor with clients spanning from the public to private sector. He is one of the pioneers of the Sam Sadeen Estates limited and has managed properties with clients from the Danish Embassy, French Embassy and Ecobank.
